Description Headache is common in individuals with proven MS and generally considered either migraine or muscle tension type. Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is rarely reported. We examined three patients with IIH. In two cases papilledema was absent, confounding the correct diagnosis.
