Description |
Brown Syndrome, the inability to elevate an eye in abduction due to restriction of the superior oblique muscle tendon, can present as a congenital or acquired abnormality. Although uncommon, Brown Syndrome has been described following blepharoplasty. In this report, we describe a patient who developed Brown Syndrome following levator advancement surgery for blepharoptosis. |
