Description The risk of optic neuropathy is thought to be low in patients receiving radiation to the anterior visual pathway in cumulative doses less than 50 Gy. We report a case of radiation optic neuropathy (RON) in a patient who received a total dose of 20 Gy, administered in two fractions.
