Description In adults, thickening of the pituitary stalk can be the result of primary or secondary tumours, inflammatory or vascular lesions.1 Glioma of the pituitary stalk is rare. Only two other cases have been reported in the English literature.2,3. Clinical, imaging and pathological features of this rare tumour will be presented.
