Description We report the case of a 78-year-old woman with chronic macrosaccadic oscillations (MSOs) secondary to multiple lacunar infarcts in the pons and the cerebral peduncles. Unexpectedly, the neurological examination was normal except for the eye movements. The clinical examination remained stable over an eighteen months follow-up period.
