Description Lymphomatous meningitis in Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL) is very rare. Only four cases of early, secondary central nervous system (CNS) involvement with MZL have been reported. We describe an unusual case with early optic nerve and meningeal infiltration responsive only to systemic chemotherapy.
