Description In adult isolated Horner Syndrome (HS) there is a lack of evidence to help guide the physican as to what imaging study should be performed and in chronic cases, when we should scan. The aim of this study is to establish the current aetiology of adult HS and to analyse the utility of Radiology at a single neuroscience centre.
