Description Enophthalmos denotes posterior displacement of the eye in the orbit. While tumors of the orbit typically cause proptosis, rare reports exist in the literature of breast cancer metastasis associated with enophthalmos. Imaging can be vague and tissue diagnosis can also be elusive initially. We perused the database of a large neuro-ophthalmology practice to identify cases of orbital masses with associated enophthalmos.
