Description Hand-held optical coherence tomography (HH-OCT) measures of circumpapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (cpRNFL) thickness have a close relationship to vision loss (visual acuity and or visual field) in children with optic pathway gliomas (OPGs). The intravisit reproducibility of cpRNFL measurements using HH-OCT in sedated children was investigated.
