An alternative flow sheet to the workup of anisocoria than is presented in Figure 4 is provided below. It is taken from Weinstein, Zweifel, and Thompso~ J.C.E. Ophthalmology 41:15-26, 1979. This alternative flow diagram was constructed primarily for ophthalmologists who have the capability of performing a slit lamp examination, whereas Figure 4 of Weekly Update was created for neurologists and neurosurgeons who do not use slit lamps.
