Description |
Ross' syndrome consists of the triad of Holmes-Adies' pupil, variable areflexia, and segmental progressive hypohidrosis. We recently encountered a 37 year old, white female who noted anisocoria for the past twelve years. Two years ago, she noted abnormal perspiration at rest over her right forehead followed by, more recently, an absence of flushing on the right side of her face in response to exercise. |
