Description |
Opsoclonus is an eye movement disorder characterized by rapid, repetitive, random saccades. They occur in all directions, continue during sleep and increase on attempted refixation. Ocular flutter is a similar phenomenon confined to one plane. Ocular dysmetria consists of a single or series of corrective saccades occuring after an initial conjugate overshoot. |
