The diagnosis of optic neuritis is usually straightforward. However, on occasion, each of us has confronted optic neuritic imposters which extend our diagnostic skills. Before reviewing some of the more coninon things optic neuritis isn't, it is necessary to define what optic neuritis is (at least for purposes of this discussion). |
