Description LW I first examined this patient in February 1978 when she was 61 years of age. She complained of 5 years slow progressive painless loss of vision in the right eye. REV was HM in the upper quadrants, LEV was normal. The right optic nerve head was pale with reduced capillaries; the left was normal.
