A 79 year old whtie female complained for several months of continuous flashing lights In the extreme periphery bilaterally not appreciated In darkness and more prominent upon awakening. There was no migration or expansion of these photopslas. No headaches were present Eye examination Including vttreal-retlnal exam was normal. Visual fields were normal. What simple test(s) Indicated the site(s) of origin and suggested mechanism? |
