Description To remedy the difficulty in acquiring peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) measures in young children with optic pathway gliomas (OPGs), we performed hand-held optical coherence tomography (HH-OCT) during sedation. We hypothesize that children who have experienced visual acuity (VA) and visual field (VF) from their OPG will have reduced RNFL thickness.
