Description A 24 year old woman was seen for asymmetric eyelids in the summer of 1990. This was first noticed that spring by her beautician when she applied the patient's eye makeup. The patient noticed more upper lid on the right in the evening and appeared normal upon awakening. She denied diplopia, nasal regurgitation, and weakness. She reported a history of fibrocystic breast disease and sinusitis. She took oral contraceptive pills and denied any history of trauma.
