Description A known drug abuser with documented AIDS was admitted because of rapidly progressive blindness and ocular motility defects. Exam revealed dysfunction of cranial nerves II OU (NLP OD, CFOS), Ill OS, VOU, VI OD, and VII OU. The fundi were normal.
