Description A 42 year old teacher presented with a three day history of painless diplopia in all fields of gaze. Three yearseartier she had the painless onset of horizontal diplopia which gradually cleared without treatment overthree months. Aneurologicexam six months later was normal except for a history of Uthoff's symptom. A magnetic resonance image (MRI) showed periventricular lesions.
