Description The complaint of headache is frequently encountered in neuro-ophthalmology. We present four cases of nonatherosclerotic occlusive cerebrovascular disease associated with headache, each presenting with interesting neuro-ophthalmologic complications. These include homonymous hemianopia with hemiballismus, amaurosis fugax, oculosympathetic paresis, and ocular ischemia. The underlying etiologies are complicated migraine, idiopathic carotid occlusion, carotid dissection, and pulseless disease, respectively.
