With this technique the excursions of the optic nerve can be seen, as well as the contractility of the eye muscles, during eye movements. With the Magnetic Resonance scanning unit, multiple scans can be sequenced to give a graphic animation of the eyes, extraocular muscles and optic nerve as they move. |
