Description A 78 you. hypertensive man c/o "visual loss below center" OS. There was no associated headache, jaw claudication, polymyalgia rheumatica, or other neurologic symptoms. On examination, visual acuity was 20/25 OU and visual fields showed an inferior altitudinal scotoma OS. There was a questionable LAPD. Fundi were normal.
