Description |
To develop a clinically useful tool to estimate the degree of damage to the outer retina, inner retina, optic nerve, or striate cortex based upon the size and location of a scotoma. Published distributions of the topography of human photoreceptors, retinal ganglion cells and striate cortex were reconfigured to conform to the coordinates of Goldmann field charts. |
