Description To compare the effects of alcohol on smooth pursuit velocity, slow phase velocity of optokinetic nystagmus (OKN), and contrast sensitivity in Chinese subjects with different aldehyde dehydrogenase-2 (ALDH2) genotypes. Three groups of subjects five each with ALDH2*1*1, ALDH2*1*2, or ALDH2*2*2 genotype were selected.
