Description Ganglioglioma is one of the rarest primary neuronal neoplasms. Its incidence may be underestimated since the neuroradiologic appearance is similar to glioma, which is often managed without surgical removal. We compared the histological and immunohistochemical features of three cases of ganglioglioma.
