Internuclear ophthalmoplegia (INO) is an uncommon complication of closed head trauma. A review of the literature showed 13 documunted cases. Of these only 4 were unilateral and 2 of them were associated with other neurological findings. I present an unusual case of isolated, unilateral INO after blunt head trauma. |
