A 10 year old female was first evaluated in 1978 for swollen optic discs and intermittent headaches without transient visual obscurations. Evaluation showed visual acuity of 20/20 OU with binasal visual field defects and enlargement of the blind spots bilaterally. The pupils were normal. |
