Description Acute idiopathic blind spot enlargement syndrome (AIBSE) is an occult chorioretinopathy that mimics optic nerve disease. To date, there are no markers for early disease diagnosis. We performed serologic screening of an uveoretinal gene expression library to identify and validate novel target antigens in AIBSE.
