Description Optic neuropathy is often assigned as a diagnosis of exclusion in patients with unexplained visual loss. Retinal dysfunction often occurs with limited physical findings, mimicking an optic neuropathy. This study is designed to identify characteristics of patients with occult retinal disease with presumed optic neuropathies.
