Description |
Myasthenia gravis is a chronic disease generally requiring lifelong treatment. Approximately 20% of patients with myasthenia gravis will have a spontaneous transitory or complete clinical remission during the course of their disease. Although a relapsing remitting course is common in patients on immune modulating treatment, there are only a handful of published cases describing patients with multiple episodes of spontaneously remitting ocular myasthenia gravis. |
