Description Silent Sinus Syndrome (SSS) is characterized by progressive asymptomatic enophthalmus, deepening of the superior sulcus and hypoglobus due to progressive collapse of the orbital floor with atelectasis of the maxillary sinus, in the presence of subclinical chronic maxillary sinusitis.
