Description Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is defined as increased intracranial pressure with normal cerebrospinal fluid contents, in the absence of an intracranial mass, hydrocephalus, or other identifiable cause. We report a case of IIH in the setting of secondary erythrocytosis associated with cyanotic congenital heart disease.
