Presenting Symptom Recurrent right proptosis with no pain or functional deficit
History A 52-year-old man was referred with a recurrent right proptosis with no pain or functional deficit. A lesion had been previously diagnosed as a varix.
Neuroimaging Axial view of the pre-operative lesion in the medial right orbit. Post-operative CT scan following the removal of the lesion with no evidence of recurrence.
