Anatomy Sphenoid sinus; Ethmoid sinus; Orbit
Pathology The craniotomy field to access the posterior spheno-orbital bones thickened from the fibrous dysplasia. A magnified view showing the bones thickened from fibrous dysplasia. The specimen fibrous dysplastic bone removed to improve the crowding of the posterior left orbit.
