Clinical VA: 20/25 OD, 20/20 OS; Color plates: 1/12 OD, 12/12 OS; IOP: 19 OU; Cecocentral scotoma with temporal defect OD; RAPD OD
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Pathology B-cell proliferation interspersed with reactive T-cells consistent with low-grade B-cell lymphoma.
Disease/Diagnosis Primary dural B-cell lymphoma
Treatment Surgery; XRT
