Clinical VA: 20/30 OD, 20/20 OS; Abduction deficit in OD with esotropia; 20 PD in primary position, 25 PD right gaze, 6 PD left gaze
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Pathology Large lesion eroding the greater wing and lateral walls of the sphenoid sinus; Involvement of right cavernous sinus, foramen ovale and carotid artery.
Disease/Diagnosis Chronic rhinocerebral mucormycosis
Treatment Antifungal agents
