Clinical VA: 20/100 OD, 20/40 OS declining to 20/100 OD, 20/40 OS; Tonometry: 43 OD, 41 OS
Neuroimaging MRI
Pathology Uveitis; TMVL
Disease/Diagnosis Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV)-induced Acute Retinal Necrosis syndrome (aka Kirisawa's uveitis) secondary to URI with subsequent meningitis/encephalitis
Treatment IV Antiviral agents; Corticosteroids; Antihypertensive agents
