Pathology Arteritis involving the vessel wall; Mononuclear inflammatory cell response with eosinophil infiltration; Fibrinoid necrosis
Disease/Diagnosis Churg-Strauss Syndrome
Clinical TMVL; Perivascular dermatitis
Presenting Symptom Erythematous plaques and macules on arms, trunk, thighs and buttocks.
Neuroimaging CT
Treatment Corticosteroids; Anticoagulants
