| Clinical |
Examination demonstrated patient oriented to person and place but not to time. Cheyne-Stokes respirations were noted, blood pressure: 130/90. Continuous, synchronous, fast downbeating eye movements (resembling downbeat nystagmus) were occasionally interrupted by larger amplitude rapid downward jerks with slow return to the primary position (ocular bobbing). |
