Disease/Diagnosis Bilateral infiltrative optic neuropathy secondary to neurosarcoidosis
Clinical VA: LP OD, NLP OS: Color vision: Absent OU; RAPD OS
Presenting Symptom Hearing loss; Swollen optic nerve OS; Progressive declining vision loss
Treatment Corticosteroids; Antineoplastic alkylating agents
