Pathology Nasal mass consisting of fibrovascular cores covered by basaloid squamous epithelium.
Disease/Diagnosis Inverted squamous papilloma arising in feft ethmoid sinus and Invading left orbit
Clinical VA: 20/20 OU declining to 20/50 OS
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Proptosis OS; Peri-ocular swelling
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Surgery; XRT
