Pathology Collagen tissue and lymphocytic infiltration of righ cavernous sinus.
Disease/Diagnosis Orbital pseudotumor with intracranial extension and sinus invasion
Clinical VA: 20/254 OD, 20/20 OS. Anisocoric right pupil 1 mm > left with decreased light reaction
Presenting Symptom Decreased hearing AD; Blurred vision; Proptosis OD
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Surgery; Corticosteroids
