History A 15-month old male developed droopy eyelids the day he suffered minor head trauma. Subsequently, over a 2-week period lethargy and fatigue were manifest.
Pathology ELS associated with Wilm's tumor
Disease/Diagnosis Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome
Clinical A neurological exam, Tensilon and neostigmine tests, and EMG's were reported to be normal.

Treatment Surgery; Antineoplastic agents
