Clinical VA: 20/60 OD, 20/20 OS; Complete right ptosis; right exotropia 60 PD
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Pathology Atypical large lymphocytes consistent with Natural Killer/T-cell lymphoma
Disease/Diagnosis Natural Killer/T-cell lymphoma
Treatment Corticosteroids
