Pathology Undifferentiated tissue mass encased in clivus and cavernous sinus indicative of malignant lymphoma.
Disease/Diagnosis Atypical Burkitt lymphoma affecting the cavernous sinuses and orbital apex
Clinical VA: 20/50 OD, 20/40 OS; Non-reactive pupils
Presenting Symptom Progressive right facial numbness; Severe right facial pain; Diplopia; Headache
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Hyper-CVAD therapy; XRT; Antineoplastic antimetabolites
