Pathology Left adnexal ovarian mass with calcification; Hippocampal degeneration
Disease/Diagnosis Teratoma-associated encephalitis with antibodies to NMDA receptors
Treatment Antipsychotic agents; Nootropic agents; Plasmaphoresis; Corticosteroids; Immunosupressive agents; Surgery
