Pathology Thrombocytopenia; Hypercellular marrow of monomorphic blast cells; Abnormal increase glucose metabolism in bone marrow
Disease/Diagnosis Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with CNS involvement
Treatment CHOP chemotherapy; Steroids
