History A 33-year old female with a left CN6 palsy that resolved within four weeks. Past history was unremarkable except for a converted tuberculin test several years earlier; she received a course of isoniazid.
Clinical VA: 20/20 OD, 20/40 OS declining to 20/200
Neuroimaging CT
Pathology Disc edema; Peripapillary hemorrhage
Disease/Diagnosis Non-caseating granuloma consistent with sarcoid
Treatment Antitubercular agents; Corticosteroids; Surgery
