Pathology Diffuse, small non-cleaved B-cell lymphocytes .
Disease/Diagnosis Burkitt's Lymphoma
Clinical VA: 20/15 OD, 20/30 OS
Presenting Symptom Drooping eyelid; Periocular pain; Diplopia
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment IV steroids; Intrathecal antineoplastic agents
