Pathology Thalamic lesion consisting of atypical fibrillar cells with prominent mitotic figures, nuclear pleomorphism and areas of vascular and endothelial proliferation.
Disease/Diagnosis Gliomatosis cerebri
Clinical VA: Best-corrected, 20/20 OU
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Left foot numbness
